Context was commissioned as prime consultant to lead a multi-disciplinary, multi-phase design effort to update the City of Greenfield’s aquatic complex at Riley Park.
The first phase of improvements included a 3,000 sq. ft. splash pad feature opened for the 2018 pool season. Phase 2 rehabilitation of their 1960s-era bath facilities and traditional pool followed in 2019.
The new facility is designed to achieve all modern standards while incorporating a water playground, large slide, climbing wall, zero entry pool, new sun deck, shade, and cabana areas. Both phases of work aggregated to a $6 million reinvestment.
