Joe is a creative and dedicated individual, passionate about landscape architecture and the design process.  Joe loves the field for its celebration of a sense of community, its ability to balance between the built and ecological needs, and its artistic and playful approach to design challenges. He enjoys leading large teams on creative and complex projects, engaging in business development, and creating jovial work experience. In the office, Joe fosters a creative environment while empowering voices and mentoring staff. Outside the office, you can find Joe enjoying listening to non-fiction audiobooks, seeking outdoor adventures, and spending time with his family.
